This weekend is going to be crazy, and I don't think I've scheduled any time for sleep. But I hope to make it to the Pembury games evening on Sunday 16th March, and it would be lovely to see anyone who can make it. And I'm bringing cartesiandaemon, in case you happen to be curious to meet him.
Yay, it will be nice to see you. I hope that you are busy enough that you make lots of money, but not so busy that you can't come out from behind the bar and hang out with us for some of the evening. *bounce* Did I mention that I'm extremely grateful that you run such a lovely pub where I can hang out with my friends when I happen to be in England?
I'll be going to a talk at the New London Synagogue entitled "Was the Book of Esther written by a Jewish Jane Austen?". And if I wasn't doing that, there's a new members evening at the New North London Synagogue.
*sigh* Spend ages waiting for a life, and then three come along at once...
Squee! I get to meet you! I wasn't particularly expecting you to respond to this post, but I'm so excited that you are coming. Pembury seems to be quite good for people who just want to sit quietly observing things, there's no obligation to be boisterous. (Of course, if you're not feeling up to it come Sunday I shall not be offended.) But how cool!
I think we should arrange to get together, at some stage, rather than just assuming we always see eachother and therefore never actually making any plans. But this weekend is a bad time, in that I've overcommitted myself, and it sounds like you're busy anyway.
Are you persuadable to come to Sweden for a weekend or even a break at some point?
